you mean when you move around in it and it creates that soft sound?
it's a lot of the little bubbles popping in unison and the multitude of little pops creates a soothing ';soft'; soundWhy does bubble-bath soap make that soft sound?
Maybe from the foam created and how porous it is. the sound may be absorbed causing less echo from tub wall and tile floors?
