Why is it that no matter what color bubble bath you use the bubbles are always white?

The bubbles aren't ';white';, they appear to be colorless. A bubble consists of a very thin layer of the soapy water. So thin that any pigments in the water are so few that they don't impart any detectable color to the bubbles. Why is it that no matter what color bubble bath you use the bubbles are always white?
I believe it is simply because the bathwater dilutes the color of the bubble bath too much.
