Is it safe to take a bubble bath 2 weeks after birth?

I did not rip so I do not have stitches....





Also how about going into a hottub?Is it safe to take a bubble bath 2 weeks after birth?
They say no not until 5 weeks after.. but if theres no bubbles or anything i dont see the problem.. i went swimming 2 weeks after because it was the middle of july and i couldnt take the heat!Is it safe to take a bubble bath 2 weeks after birth?
I asked my doctor about baths, he said it was fine from the first day home.
